John Yu specializes in joint venture equity financing, acquisition and disposition of commercial, industrial, multi-family, and development assets totaling in excess of $600M across the United States. He specialized in Real Property and Transactional law during his time with the Whittier School of Law.
He has contributed to transactions across North America, Asia-Pacific, and Africa by connecting investors and sponsors alike. For over 10 years, he has managed the design, construction, and execution of over 12 private equity funds both domestic and overseas.
He specialties in cross-border investments, international business, and business development.
